These terms govern your use of okc-tech.com and the IT services provided by OKC Tech LLC ("OKC-Tech," "we," "us"), based in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.

Services

OKC-Tech provides business technology services including computer and workstation support, Microsoft 365 and email assistance, network and Wi-Fi troubleshooting, and website and office technology support. Specific services, scope, and pricing are agreed upon per project or service plan.

Quotes and payment

- Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.

- Payment terms are as agreed in your quote or service plan. Late payments may incur a 1.5% monthly fee.

Scheduling and access

You agree to provide reasonable access to systems, accounts, and personnel needed to perform the services, and to keep scheduled appointments or provide at least 24 hours' notice for changes.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OKC-Tech's total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount you paid for the services in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including data loss — we strongly recommend maintaining your own backups.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse our website or services, attempt unauthorized access to our systems, or use our services for unlawful purposes.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Oklahoma County, Oklahoma.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
